With Thanksgiving only a couple days away, there’s so much to do–grocery shopping, meal prepping, decorating, and most importantly…outfit planning.
It can be difficult to know what to wear as a guest. You don’t want to be over the top, uncomfortable, or too casual.
Wearing a romper or jumpsuit is the perfect answer. Rompers effortlessly evoke the appropriate combination of looking like you tried while still being able to move.
I wish everyone a very happy Thanksgiving!
On me: Forever Jumpsuit // Alfani Heels // Adrienne Vittadini Sweater // Fossil Purse
Before you go, take a look at a few other rompers & jumpsuits I love:
There were so many great looks Sunday night. Here are a few that stood out to me:
Taraji P. Henson in custom Alberta Ferretti
Alicia Vikander in Louis Vuitton
Brie Larson in Oscar de la Renta
Timeless Gold Glamour
Nicole Kidman in Armani Privé
Emma Stone in Givenchy Haute Couture
Emma Roberts in Vintage Armani Privé
Hailee Steinfeld in Ralph & Russo
Olivia Culpo in Marchesa
The best part of award shows is the fashion–DUH! Here are a few of my favorite looks from last night:
Nicole Kidman in Alexander McQueen
Heir to the Throne
Lily Collins in Zuhair Murad
Emma Stone in Valentino Haute Couture
Gina Rodriguez in Naheem Khan
Hailee Steinfeld in Vera Wang
P.S. What really won the night? Meryl Streep’s speech.
“But there was one performance this year that stunned me. It sank its hooks in my heart. Not because it was good; there was nothing good about it. But it was effective and it did its job. It made its intended audience laugh, and show their teeth. It was that moment when the person asking to sit in the most respected seat in our country imitated a disabled reporter. Someone he outranked in privilege, power and the capacity to fight back…Disrespect invites disrespect, violence incites violence. And when the powerful use their position to bully others we all lose.”
